So really, this entire website is thanks to my dad. I've had this site for a long time, constantly changing it with the forms that the hosting site provides - at one point it was a kickass looking webzine.
...Then I realised I sucked at that stuff.
A few years later, my dad let me borrow a book on HTML. I read and memorised, and read and memorised some more, and voila! Here I am, finally settling down with a simple website that has simple colours and simple links and simple things that are simply me. Frankly, I'm not into the big fancy stuff. That's for the pros. I'm a simple-minded person, contrary to popular belief, and if the world can't deal with that, well... they can suck it.
This site has a nice homepage with an amazingly great (and simple) greeting, an "about" page (which you are currently wasting your time reading), a gallery page with my art, and a page that will soon be the home of the poetry (aka lyrics) that I deem worthy of the site, written in my own handwriting (sometimes)! So, if you feel up to it, check it out.
More info about me soon, because... I can't be bothered to think about myself.
Other HTML stuff I've messed around with:
• World of Wonders: Sweden is a small branch of my website that I created for a project I was doing in my World Geography class. Granted, I've gotten much better at HTML since then, but the facts about Sweden pretty much remain the same.
• The Portal isn't really anything... I messed around with a banner on GIMP (which is a really cool advanced version of Paint, but not quite Photoshop), and I put it up because I wasn't sure if I remembered HTML. Turns out I do.
• The Smilies Page! is just another test page. It worked, yay for me.
